I’ve been taking photographs for most of my life. A Canonet in the late seventies. A long gap. A slow return. What’s different now is that I’m doing it on purpose.

This site is called Flog One. It’s where the work lives — street photographs, film, black and white, the Eastern Shore, a long-running project called DoPE. Some days one frame. Some days nothing. The point is to keep looking.

I shoot a Ricoh GR IIIx and a Nikon FE. I live and work on Maryland’s Eastern Shore — Federalsburg, mostly. The place shows up in the pictures whether I intend it to or not.
